Our custom-made clothes can be produced in small and bulk quantities at competitive prices and are made as per our client requirements. We have a clear understanding of attention to detail, product quality and brand specifications and with our fabric sourcing department we specialize in a comprehensive range of materials. For example, our sportswear range which includes but is not limited to tracksuits, hoodies, sweatshirt, shorts, t-shirts, polo shirts and joggers. We specialize in the following materials:

3 Step process
Design & Pre-Production
‘Everything is designed … but few things are designed well’
It starts with an idea and our in-house design team (if required) works to aid the development of client ideas into tangible designs. Our designs are skillfully proficient and communicate instantly in the universal language of fashion. Following on, raw material (unwashed, uncoloured is dyed to match our client’s exact colour requirements) and customized trims, tapes, badges and fastenings are sourced to feed into the client’s design to form its development. If client technical drawings and specifications are not available these are then created.
Using the latest technology CAD Systems for pattern making and size gradings alongside traditional hand sketching, we create design patterns based on the specifications provided or work on the clients existing specified fit sample. A fit sample is then made in 7-10 days (excluding delivery) for client approval, in which adjustments can be made before we proceed to bulk manufacture.
STEP 1
Bulk Manufacture and Quality Control
‘Clothing Manufacturing is not just about the cut and stitch, it’s about the craft, perfecting the means and QC at each and every stage’
Following client approval, bulk manufacture is carried out on our production line in Dhaka, Bangladesh where all clothes are handmade and Quality Checked through a strict pre-production and manufacturing process. A three-point integrated Quality Check method is performed to ensure consistency and accuracy on each and every garment we make. Our staunch adherence to this process delivers targeted results that manifest into durable clothing, expertly made.
- All raw material pre-production is lab tested and checked for defects such as, shading faults and fabric flaws
- Garments are inspected along the production line for sewing defects and needle damage
- Final checks are carried out to identify raw defects and measurement to specification variations.
STEP 2
Finishing & Delivery
‘Quality means doing it right each and every time’
Our finishing department inspects the final garments and then proceeds to semi-pressing, pressing and packing your order either solid packing, ratio packing or mixed packing.
Your order will then be approved for delivery and our forwarders will complete the shipment of your order by sea or air whilst organizing all clearances before you take delivery of your products. Alternatively, if you have your own nominated freight forwarder, we can arrange all export paperwork prior to delivery.
